Hi, my name is Chris. When I was younger I was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up and the first thought that came to mind was a veterinarian due to my love for animals. Fast forward to today and I have happily been in the veterinary field for the past 9 years! My love for animals grows stronger with each passing year and I have recently been lucky enough to work with more exotics and have been volunteering at the Oakland zoo for the past 2 years working closely with keepers to take care of the much larger exotics like brown and black bears as well as jaguars and bison. When I’m not busy with work you can find me at home playing videogames or when the weather is nice, going on hikes with my boyfriend.
